**Description**:
We are looking for a **Junior Business Analyst** to support our client in Luxembourg. The role involves supporting quality assurance, project documentation, reporting, and tool management across a portfolio of IT projects.
**Key Responsibilities (Summary)**:
- Support project quality assurance at all stages (kick-off, execution, closure)
- Ensure compliance with PMO processes and audit requirements
- Provide reporting and analysis at portfolio level
- Support and train project managers on PMO tools and methodologies
- Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
- Test PMO tools, log issues, and coordinate with technical teams
- Maintain documentation, templates, and training materials
**Mandatory Qualifications & Experience**:
- Fluent in English (minimum C1)
- At least 1 year of experience in PMO support roles
- Strong skills in MS Office and MS Teams
- Familiarity with IT project management methodologies (PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
**Preferred**:
- Knowledge of Benefit Management
- Experience with portfolio-level project analysis and quality control
- Practical use of MS SharePoint, MS Project, and Project Server
- Relevant certifications (PM2, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
- Familiarity with EIB’s organisation and systems
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
