**Client Advisor au Contact Center (M/F)**

Le **Contact Center** est la **porte d’entrée de la banque **pour les clients et prospects souhaitant joindre la banque par** téléphone, mail **ou** courrier**. Il est l’**entité de support pour nos utilisateurs MyING et Mobile. **Le Contact Center est un** réel centre de connaissance **et il s’assure de la promotion de nos canaux directs.

**Description des missions**:
Le/la Client Advisor au **Contact Center** (M/F), aura pour principales missions:

- Assurer la prise en charge des questions de clients sur leurs opérations courantes (_comptes, cartes _) ou sur les produits de la banque (_épargne, crédits personnels/logements _) ;
- Contribuer au suivi administratif des dossiers clients ;
- Détecter les besoins des clients et les rediriger vers nos équipes commerciales ;
- Apporter un support à l’équipe pour les tâches quotidiennes ;
- Tenir compte de la législation et de la réglementation en vigueur ;
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus de la banque.

**Profil**:
**Formation et expérience**:

- Formation (mini BAC+3) à orientation commerciale, économique ou, financière ;
- Expérience bancaire de minimum 3 ans.

**Compétences**:

- Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais ; la connaissance du luxembourgeois et/ou de l’allemand est considérée comme un atout.
- Communication aisée, capacité rédactionnelle et orthographe irréprochable ;
- Rigueur, autonomie, flexibilité et proactivité ;
- Capacité d’analyse, d’organisation et de synthèse ;
- Très bonne connaissance des outils Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point ) ;
- Esprit d’équipe, empathie et bonnes capacités relationnelles vis-à-vis du client.
