This is a unique opportunity to join an international insurance company located in the center of Luxembourg. In this role you will have a great exposure, maintaining strong relationships with global clients, ensuring their needs are met with high standards. It's a great opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals, offering invaluable experience in client management within the insurance sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as direct point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring responsive and high-quality service relating to non-life insurance matters
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advisory services.
- Collaborate with senior advisors to ensure client requirements are met promptly and efficiently.
- Facilitate meetings, including preparation and follow-up actions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Create reports and presentations to senior management.
- Other general administrative tasks
Your Profile
- A University degree or similar education in legal/business/insurance or other relevant area,
- 2 to 5 years of experience gained within the insurance sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Scandinavian language is considered an asset.
- Availability to travel if required
