**Off-Cycle Internship Overview**
Join us on an Off-Cycle internship for 3-6 months working within our Investment Banking, Markets, Corporate Banking, Quantitative Analytics and Private Bank & Wealth Management business areas. **Why the International Corporate Banking Off-Cycle Intern Programme?**
As an off-cycle analyst you will enter a supportive, collaborative environment known for its pace. This programme covers financial modelling, credit skills, CIB products, and solutions, plus understanding product sets like FX, DCM, and Barclaycard. Your responsibilities encompass assisting with relationship loans, cash management RFPs, trade finance facilities, amongst others. As an off-cycle analyst, you will be exposed to our projects for a longer period of time, allowing you to gain a deeper understand of our business area. **Who we're looking for**
To be considered for this programme, you must be in your penultimate or final year - in any discipline. Language requirements: fluent in English and desibable in French, German or Luxembourgish.

Ideally you'll have a keen interest in business and finance and an a curiosity to learn. We value resourcefulness, teamwork, enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirt, all of which might be showcased through your involvement in extracurricular activities.

**Purpose of the role**

To participate in the day-to-day activities of the international corporate banking division providing insights and expertise that help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.

**Accountabilities**
- Execution of small research projects, research to support strategic decision making, preparation of presentations and reports to communicate research findings, collaboration with senior management to implement research findings for international corporate banking, interacting with global clients and supporting in deals.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
- Participation in training and development programmes to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Identification of opportunities, development of business cases, management of the deployment and launch of new products and services for international corporate banking.
- Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support in decision making for international corporate banking.
- Training and mentoring of junior colleagues.
