Notre client est un cabinet d'avocats connu et reconnu de la place luxembourgeoise. Au sein d'une équipe de 10 personnes, vous aurez l'oppportunité de travailler de A à Z sur une variété de dossiers (Corporate finance, Banking, M&A, PE/RE).

Dans le cadre du renforcement de l'étude, notre client souhaite recruter un(e) avocat(e) salarié(e) spécialisé(e) en Corporate Finance / Banking.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Assister et conseiller les clients sur les transactions (restructurations d’entreprises, fusions & acquisitions,...).
- Rédiger et revoir les documents transactionnels.
- Suivre les demandes des clients et participer aux réunions.
- Effectuer les recherches juridiques et assurer le suivi juridique.
- Partciper aux projets ad hoc de l'études.

**Votre profil**:

- Master en droit.
- **Une expérience mínimale de 2 à 5 années dans un cabinet d'avocats dans le domaine Corporate Finance / Banking (idéalement à Luxembourg).**:

- Langues : Français et anglais courant. L'allemand ou le luxembourgeois est un atout.
- Autonomie, travail d'équipe et rigueur rédactionnelle et organisationnelle.
