**Junior Banking & Finance Lawyer - Prestigious International Law Firm**

This international law firm, well-established in Luxembourg, is highly regarded for its expertise in **banking, finance, and regulatory matters**. To support the steady growth of its **Banking & Finance department**, the firm is currently seeking a **Junior Lawyer** with solid experience in financial transactions and regulatory frameworks. **Your Responsibilities**|** Business Development - Law Firm - Corporate/M&A - Legal**

- Contribute to **financing transactions**, such as secured lending, acquisition finance and refinancing
- Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, security documents and other finance-related contracts
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and opinions on financial services and investment products
- Assist in advising clients on **banking and financial regulatory matters**, including CSSF requirements and EU legislation
- Work closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions on **cross-border projects and transactions**

**Profile and Career Path**|** Business Development - Law Firm - Corporate/M&A - Legal**

- At least **2 years** of experience in banking & finance law within a **Luxembourg law firm** or in a **bank**as legal counsel
- Fluency in **French** and **English** is essential; any additional language is considered an asset
- Strong **legal** **drafting**, **analytical**, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work both **independently** and **collaboratively** in a **multicultural** environment
- **Motivation** to build a career in banking, finance, and regulatory law with long-term growth prospects
