We're working with a back office team at an international wealth and asset manager looking for a new Senior Corporate Actions Expert. After taking over a new business location, the volume and demand has increased - this is a job creation, not replacement. You’ll work on the income and mandatory side, with 8-10 other experts.

Day to day, you’ll work closely with bankers across Europe on corporate actions projects (including the testing), building and improving processes, influencing private equity teams, and improving customer experience with automation and modernisation.

You’ll also build strong competency in the bank’s core banking system, which is widely used at private banks, improving your own skill portfolio. You’ll work three days in the Luxembourg office, two days from home per week.

As a Senior Corporate Actions Expert, we need you to have experience in products including shares, bonds, structured products, derivatives, investment and private funds etc and tax competencies (hopefully in Switzerland, French or Belgian tax).
