As part of the
- **Transfer Agent unit**, and more specifically the
- **Operations team**, your main role will be to work with the groups responsible for the daily execution of transactions (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches) on UCI shares, as well as monitoring transactions until settlement.**Your role**:

- Entering and checking orders for UCI share subscriptions/redemptions, transfers and conversions.
- Recording and monitoring cash and fund securities transactions together with the Reconciliation unit.
- Preparing and sending out confirmations and reporting to promoters, distributors and other fund intermediaries.
- Responding rapidly to different requests from clients (inside and outside the Group) to guarantee that a quality service is provided that meets the requirements of exacting clients.
- Managing client commissions and dividends for in-house and third-party funds.

**Your profile**:

- Qualifications and experience:
- University degree (BAC +3), specialising in Economics or Finance, or equivalent knowledge gained through work experience.- Specific knowledge:
- All-round understanding of fund administration and transfer-agent processes.- Language skills:
- Perfect command of French and excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.- Personal qualities:
- Extremely rigorous in checking, sending, confirming and monitoring orders.- Great flexibility.
- Resistant to stress.
- Enthusiastic and driven and able to show initiative in solving problems.
- An enquiring mind and an ability to learn quickly.
