**Your team**:

**FundPartner Solutions**provides a full suite of fund administration and private label funds services. The global team of industry experts specialises in fund domiciliation, registration and governance, as well as risk compliance and investment management services.
- As **Transfer Agent**, the recruited person will be responsible for performing daily controls related to anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) obligations along with managing internal and external stakeholders’ requests related to administered funds registers.

**Your role**:

- Carry out first-level analysis on all names screening potential hits from an AML/CTF perspective to determine potential risks exposure.
- Identify possible requests for exceptions to existing procedures, documenting these and referring them to the second line of defense or to experts.
- Carry out ultimate beneficial owners transparency at funds level, daily and yearly, to identify UBOs to report to the Luxembourg RBE.
- Communicate with clients and investors both in writing and orally about required information.
- Handle internal/external auditors requests, Management Companies due diligence visits and address any observations or exceptions to Management and Compliance
- Work closely with L1 Segregated and Compliance teams.

**Your profile**:

- Education:

- Master's degree level in Finance, economics or engineering.
- Requested experience:

- 5 years' experience in the field of AML/KYC and/or compliance team.
- Technical skills:

- Knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulations as well as knowledge of the different roles in the investment fund industry (asset management, custodian bank, transfer agent and fund administration) and of the related regulatory framework.
- User of AML tools (Worldcheck).
- Soft skills:

- Meticulous, detail oriented, organised and able to deliver the highest quality.
- Dynamic, proactive in problem solving and with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Keen to continually improve processes, including an ability to innovate and simplify.
- Team player and resistant to stress in a fast-paced environment.
- Abiliy to meet deadlines, prioritise and multitask.
- Capable of communicating both promptly and clearly with clients.
- Ability to cope with a wide range of different client requests promptly while still maintaining an exemplary client service level.
- Language skills:

- French: fluent level
- Enflish: fluent level
