**Transfer Agent Client Account Manager (H/F)**
- Permanent Contract_
As a Client Account Management Agent, you will be the lead point of contact for all TA clients with an advanced knowledge of the TA service offer, operational flows and client specifics.
You will ensure that the service provided to the client is satisfying at all stages by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of continuous improvement.
You will create, maintain and manage the relationship with the client in TA perimeter.

**Key responsibilities**
- To be the lead point of contact for BNPP clients (Funds/Management Companies) within TA Luxembourg
- To manage the relationship with the clients for TA services
- To ensure the guarantee of an excellent service delivery to BNPP clients for TA Luxembourg segment
- Respond and follow-up on all client queries and ensure their efficient resolution by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Know your customers and develop a relationship of trust with them
- Maintain and update the contractual documents
- Monitor and review the KPIs to present them to the clients
**Advantages of the position**:

**Working environment**:
