We are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join a Global Industrial Company based in Luxembourg.
As the Financial Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and relevance of various indicators and management tools while providing essential analysis to the Operational Director and General Management for effective company control.
**Responsibilities**:
Ensure compliance with Group Policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety, and Quality.
Prepare and monitor the operating budget, coordinating with different company departments.
Manage the company's Annual Investment Plan (AIP), including contracts and profitability studies.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track company activity.
Supervise and coordinate budgetary control processes and monitor the implementation of action plans.
Calculate standard costs and update variables necessary for pricing and quotations.
Analyze customer risks, profitability, and develop action plans accordingly.
Develop and follow training plans for direct reports, supporting their professional growth.
Conduct annual performance assessments and define improvement action plans.
Ensure compliance with internal regulations, tax laws, labor regulations, and accounting standards.
Manage company insurance policies effectively.
**Profile**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification.
Proven experience in financial management and control, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Proficient in using financial software and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
