**Here’s what our Financial Controller will be doing**:
- Cash Management:
- Establish cash flow management (global and by site);
- Prepare payments for supplier invoices;
- Participate in the improvement of management tools.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in monitoring all in budget and to prepare group's reports;
- Manage project finance and global progression in collaboration with project stakeholders
- Participate in the budgeting of fixed costs;
- Monitoring budget on projects and entities and explaining any deviations.
Tax returns:
- Validate the VAT returns of the entities of the group and you make the reconciliation with the accounting.
**What we’re looking for from our Financial Controller**:
The skills to have:
- Have excellent knowledge of French, Luxembourg and European VAT accounting;
- Master office automation tools essential to your activity (Excel advanced functions, database, accounting software, etc.) ERP;
- Master the analysis and processing of accounting and financial information;
- Know how to synthesize information;
- Know how to demonstrate rigor and organization;
- Have a dynamic personality and team spirit;
- Be a force of proposal;
- Have communication skills, managerial skills and an ability to anticipate.
**Ideally, here’s what you will also have**:
- Holder of a master's level training either in accounting or finance or management control;
- 3-5 years of successful experience in accounting/auditing or construction;
- Bilingual French and English or German
