Hikma-Solutions is looking for a Financial Controller in Luxembourg. **Mission Description** **Cash Flow Oversight (50%)** - Review, reconcile, and approve fees (Management fees / Performance fees) calculated by fund administrators. - Calculate Advisory / Business Introducer / External Investment Manager / Distributor fees. - Coordinate with counterparts for fee approval and payment. - Review invoices to be paid. - Update cash flow monitoring tools (cash flow tables). - Reconcile and control revenues. - Control inflows related to ancillary services charged to funds. Update related control file. - Daily control of bank movements and bank statements. - Daily encoding of Liquidity excel file for common check with Fund Oversight Team. - Invoice reception and payment. - Issue invoices for funds, business introducers, and other counterparts. Control and verify when invoices have been paid and file them. - Control reception of payments from private clients. Update control file. **Administration** - Update all quarterly fees received linked to all discretionary management contracts. - Support the external accounting firm. - Support compliance with audit/tax missions. - Branch invoices control and instruction of payments (business expenses, suppliers, business introducers, etc.). - Control of cash-box tickets and Visa cards. **Financial Statement Review (50%)** - Liaise with accounting firm regarding preparation of quarterly accounting situation. - Calculate quarterly accruals. - Control quarterly financial statements. - Quarterly CSSF Reporting. - Liaise with Geneva office for accounting questions and issues. - Reconciliation between quarterly accounting situation and follow-up table. - Prepare reporting analysis (profitability table and cost analysis). - Liaise with Geneva office for reconciliation with estimates. - Update dashboard. - Prepare Analytical Review for Board meetings, Partners meetings, and on ad-hoc basis. - Liaise with Milan and Madrid accounting firms for year-end financial statements preparation and on "ad hoc" basis. **Profile**: 5+ years of experience, preferably mid-career to senior. Previous experience in a management company or AIFM, asset manager will be appreciated. Previous experience in Luxembourg
