**Internal Audit Team Lead**

The Internal Audit Team is looking for dynamic new Internal Audit Team Lead, based in Luxembourg, to join the team.

**The Role**:

- Lead the execution of the project level risk assessment to confirm scope, testing methodology, audit program and budget for Manager's approval
- Lead staff auditors in the execution of internal audit fieldwork
- Provide timely feedback to internal audit staff to develop their skills and provide direction in the review of working papers-ensuring work is properly supported
- Coach team members to develop their careers rapidly within Goodyear; align with other business functions to plan transfer in/out of talent
- Prepare and vet audit issues with internal audit stakeholders then lead the development of internal audit reports
- Participate in audit opening and closing meetings as well as provide audit stakeholders with on-going updates during audit fieldwork
- Work with the Manager to prepare executive level summaries and audit reports related to audit activity
- Assist with Investigation fieldwork providing support to Compliance and Investigations team
- Assist the Manager in meetings with stakeholders to understand business risks and potential scope areas for an audit
- Follow-up with auditees to understand the status of issue remediation and provide recommendations where necessary
- Travel: up to 20% across EMEA

**Profile**:

- Vast experience in one/some of the business areas e.g. Manufacturing Finance, Pricing, EH&S, Controlling, FP&A etc.
- Track record of being a team player and able to interact with different levels of management
- Ability to interface seamlessly with different levels of leadership
- Strong communication skills with an ability to listen effectively and articulate business cases
- Have the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities and propose solutions/alternatives in a proactive manner
- Attention to details and accuracy
- Capable of working independently
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work in a very fast paced, multi-tasking environment
- Open minded and pro-active
- Strong problem-solving skills and mentality
- High sense of urgency and ability to deal with multiple and/or conflicting priorities
- Collaborate and make decisions on the information provided
- Excellent collaborative communication skills
- ACCA or CPA or CIMA or CIA or CFE or CA
- Solid Controlling/Accounting skills
- Exceptional Internal Control skills
- Exceptional process skills (EH&S, Plant Manufacturing Finance, Procurement or FP&A or AP, etc.)
- 2 or more years of External Audit with a Big 4
- SAP and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to ride a car in UK or South Africa (left side)
