**The Opportunity**

Currently we are looking for **Supply Execution Commercial Specialist Truck **to join our team in Luxembourg. On this position you will:

- Improve Goodyears capability to execute supply in line with Strategic and Tactical choices.
- Work in the intersection of Supply Planning, Demand planning, Sales Ops and Demand Planning
- Drive execution of order management in line with the plan and distribution Strategy, RE vs OE supply for Truck.
- Manage the Sales Allowance and Rega process at Market level in line with the PBU priorities and to provide reliable supply information internal customers across Bus
- Provide visibility on supply risks and opportunities to the local sales organizations for EMEA sourced and imported SKUs
- Drive IQR both at regional and local level through focused corrective actions on short term and mid-term basis, responding with agility to market evolution
- Position reports to Manager Supply Planning and Sourcing Commercial

**Languages**:

- Fluency in English is a must; French, German are considered an asset

**Experience**:

- 3 to 5 years experience in Supply Management & Logistics (in automotive environment) is an asset.
- Have good Supply Chain knowledge and strong business acumen with eagerness to learn

**IT, Soft Skills & others**:

- Be a good communicator and have strong networking skills
- Be highly reliable and pro-active, with a strong sense of ownership and drive
- Be result driven
- Be flexible, agile and able to work fast under time pressure in an environment of changing priorities
- Have good analytical skills
- SAP R/3 - APO knowledge is an asset
- Good knowledge of Excel is mandatory
