**The opportunity**

Currently we’re looking for Compliance & Ethics (C&E) Coordinator to join our team. The preferred location is Luxembourg/Brussels however, we are open to other Goodyear European entities (including the Middle East).

On this position you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, implementation and administration of the EMEA Compliance & Ethics program, policies and practices and to help develop and execute ethics training and awareness initiatives in the region. Duties and responsibilities include 4 main areas:

- Support the EMEA investigations review and coordination
- Enable achievement of various compliance courses and classroom training packages per Compliance & Ethics program collaborating with Functional leaders in development of new materials
- Oversee continued implementation and use of Securimate Anti-bribery Due diligence System and Driving completion of outstanding profile approvals and recertification
- Develop and monitor remediation management process

**To join our team you will need**:
**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- investigative/compliance background and/or white collar/fraud legal or accounting practice, e.g. audit or financial investigations

**Languages**:

- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of French or German is an asset.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years’ legal and/or compliance experience, which includes involvement in the design, implementation or administration of compliance and ethics programs.
- Experience in international operations and multiple languages and cultures (including English and another language) is critical.

- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent planning, organization and time management skills including the ability to support and prioritize multiple projects.
- Strong communication and writing skills
