**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate Lawyer - M&A - Transactions - Law - Advisory - Legal - Avocat**

- **Advise** **national** and **international** **clients** on corporate law and governance matters, with strong involvement in cross-border projects.
- **Manage M&A transactions**, restructurings, and joint ventures, from structuring to execution.
- **Draft** and **negotiate** shareholders’ agreements, articles of association, contracts, and other corporate documentation.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare analyses on complex corporate topics.
- **Build long-term relationships** with clients through tailored and strategic advice. Coordinate with external stakeholders (banks, notaries, auditors) and collaborate with other departments internally.

- **At least** **4 years** of experience in Corporate law and/or M&A within a Luxembourg law firm is required.
- Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar or another EU Bar.
- Fluency in **French** and **English** is required; **German** language will be considered a plus.
- Strong analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to handle complex cases independently.
- A pragmatic mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proactive, client-oriented, and eager to contribute to the firm’s growth.
