We have the pleasure to assist a growing law firm that is well established in several European and Asian countries, and that has been present in Luxembourg for quite a few years now. As they have built a good name for themselves, which has led to their client portfolio growing, they are now looking for an Associate Corporate.
Their Luxembourgish office is led by highly experienced partners, who have allowed the firm to develop a high level client base in the country and also to provide a top-notch and multidisciplinary service in Corporate law, tax law, investment funds, capital markets and so on.
This law firm is represented by several hundreds of lawyers on an international scale, which is quite reassuring if you are looking for a firm that offers stability and the opportunity to be part of a network. Furthermore, the law firm’s size in Luxembourg is still quite human as there are a few dozen collaborators, so you can get to know your colleagues and work closely together.

Your Responsibilities | Associate Corporate - Legal - Lawyer - Avocat

You will offer your clients a personalized approach and quality-oriented advice in terms of corporate transactions such as financing/refinancing, venture capital, mergers, acquisitions and more.

You will draft, negotiate and review legal documents and contracts and proactively assist your clients in the follow-up or in case they have questions.

Remaining up to date with all evolutions in terms of corporate law is an integral part of your function as this allows you to maintain the high standards of service of the law firm.

As a Senior Associate in the Corporate practice, you will have a first exposure in supervising and coaching junior associates.

For this position, a minimum of 2 years of experience is asked as an Associate Corporate in a law firm, ideally top tier, in Luxembourg.

You are able to work autonomously and independently, and are a trustworthy partner for your clients.

In terms of linguistic skills, you are fluent in French and English which allows you to assist a wide range of clients.

Your high professionalism will allow you to be a perfect fit for this law firm, this is also a quality that is present in all members of this multicultural and multilingual team.
