Analyze business requirements.
- Develop the business model analysis and documentation.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Contribute to vision documents, project documentation, policies and procedures.
- Document functional requirements, detailed specifications, user stories and provide business case analysis.
- Perform risk analysis.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 years of higher education (Bachelor Equivalent) after secondary school.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Business Analyst position after higher education.
- Strong background in large organization administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of analysis/modeling tools and techniques (case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, e.t.c.).
- Experience with BPMN or UML process documentation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).
- Proven experience in business requirements analysis.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis documentation.
- Experience in the domain in at least one of the following areas:
- Policies and Procedures: technical writing in English, IT security and data protection regulations, analyzing business requirements or policy statements.
- Document Management: ARES, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, O365.
- Collaboration Platform: Power Platform.
- Certification in PM2 or Agile or equivalent is an advantage.
- Very good knowledge of English (B2 or higher) is mandatory.
