Business Analyst – Focus on Settlements & T2S | Contract | Luxembourg

Are you a Business Analyst with a strong grasp of settlement processes and Target2-Securities (T2S)? Want to work on large-scale, impactful fund service projects in one of Europe's key financial hubs?

We're hiring for a skilled Business Analyst to join a dynamic investment funds platform team in Luxembourg. You'll work across critical services including order routing, settlement, custody, and regulatory reporting – helping shape the future of fund processing across Europe.

What you'll do:

  • Analyse business and functional requirements for investment fund services, with a focus on settlements and T2S
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system features and ensure seamless delivery
  • Translate business needs into clear technical documentation for development and architecture teams
  • Support testing phases and contribute to solution validation

Essential skills:

  • Proven experience in business analysis within financial services (3–5 years)
  • Deep understanding of settlement processes and T2S
  • Strong analytical mindset and requirements gathering expertise
  • Experience with UML and test lifecycle involvement
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies
  • French and/or German language skills
  • Business Analyst certification
