Business Analyst – Transfer Agency, Luxembourg (Onsite)
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for transfer agency operations and system transformation? We're recruiting for a key contract role based onsite in Luxembourg, where you'll support large-scale enhancements to a core TA platform used by global financial institutions.
You'll act as the main technical liaison for client-facing projects, analysing existing configurations, producing clear and structured technical specifications, and guiding stakeholders through change and testing cycles.
What you'll be doing:
- Act as the technical interface for client-specific change initiatives
- Analyse AS-IS system configurations and data flows in transfer agency environments
- Produce detailed functional and technical specifications
- Lead client workshops, reviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Own all related documentation and client logs throughout the lifecycle
- Collaborate with Build and IT teams to ensure delivery aligns with client needs
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Transfer Agency or Fund Administration
- Strong understanding of TA operational processes and system interactions
- Expertise in writing specifications and supporting UAT
- Experience working directly with clients and technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice-to-haves:
- Familiarity with TA engines or platforms (names removed)
- Exposure to APIs, system migrations, or data mapping
- Knowledge of Agile or structured SDLC methodologies
