Job description

Your mission entails designing, developing, managing, harmonizing, and phasing out commercial products, services, channel formulas, and processes within the scope of the tribe.

You operate within a Squad in an Agile organization, collaborating with other experts to fulfill the Squad's mission. This involves engaging in the following activities:
Actively contributing to all Agile Way of Working events by asking questions, providing answers, and challenging assumptions. You also serve as a moderator to enhance the structural workflow, ensuring priorities are clear.

Participating in Squad and Chapter meetings, as well as standard Kanban events such as Stand-up meetings, replenishments, and retrospectives.

Conducting data analyses and interviews, and implementing measurement tools to gain insights into improving the customer journey. Validating all suggestions for improvements and solutions with data.

Optimizing processes in a customer-friendly manner to maximize value for both customers and the business.

Developing the customer journey strategy, managing stakeholders, and formulating product/service, process, and channel policies in compliance with external regulations, risk management, and compliance protocols.

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of products, services, and customer processes from end to end, and continually updating this knowledge.

Deeply understanding the customer journey by monitoring indicators such as customer satisfaction, availability, costs/revenue, and process quality.

Involvement in resolving customer complaints and incidents.

Leveraging your expert knowledge of distribution to develop and enhance distribution practices that establish market standards.

Potentially serving as an external speaker and contributing to industry knowledge.
