MCD Team est une Société de conseils à taille humaine créée par des Consultants pour des Consultants.
Elle s'appuie essentiellement sur un mode collaboratif où les consultants:
- Sont forces de proposition pour faire évoluer l'entreprise
- Sont impliqués dans le processus de recrutement des nouveaux collaborateurs
- Participent au développement commercial
Dans le cadre de notre stratégie de développement, nous souhaitons recruter un consultant Business Analyst spécialisé dans le domaine règlementaire.
Responsabilités
La communication entre les différents acteurs des projets (clients, analystes, développeurs, testeurs, responsables métiers, etc.),
La coordination et l'analyse des besoins des utilisateurs,
La rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles détaillées,
Le suivi des développements et de divers projets en coordination avec les équipes IT,
La réalisation des tests,
Le suivi de la mise en production,
Le gestion active des problèmes,
Le support utilisateur,
La rédaction du User Guide,
L'accompagnement au changement.
Votre profil
Vous êtes détenteur d'une formation BAC+5.
Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans en tant que Business Analyste réglementaire (MiFID)
Vous avez une bonne connaissance et compréhension de l'environnement, des activités de l'entreprise, des besoins et des contraintes des utilisateurs.
Vous maitrisez obligatoirement les langues anglaises et françaises (lu, écrit, parlé)
