Our client, **a prestigious law firm** located in Luxembourg city is seeking for a talented **Corporate Lawyer** to join their team. **Corporate Lawyer : The Function**
- Advise local and international clients on corporate structuring, restructuring, general corporate matters, and transactional matters such as joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and tech M&A.
- Provide tailored corporate advice for private equity (PE) transactions and asset management transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and review agreements and transactional documents.
- Be fully involved in matters in close collaboration with the team, including Partners.
- Conduct legal research, coordinate due diligence processes, and draft and update corporate documentation (e.g., EGMs, board resolutions, articles of association, proxies, shareholders' agreements, transfer agreements, etc.).
- Develop skills as a client relationship manager.
- Participate in internal and external presentations and contribute to legal publications.
- Lead, manage, and mentor junior lawyers.
- Engage in client meetings and build strong relationships with clients.

**Corporate Lawyer : Your Profile**

- You are gratuated with a Master in Law
- A previous experience of **3-5 years** in a Corporate department of a **Luxembourg law firm** is mandatory
- Admission to the **Luxembourg Bar** or any other **European Bar** is required for this position.
- Fluent in **English** and **French**, knowledge of others languages will be a plus
- Strong analytical and synthetic skills, ability to provide practical guidance on complex topics
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to produce commercially astute advice
