In Luxembourg, the firm offers expertise in several areas including Corporate M&A, Investment Funds, Banking & Finance, Tax, IP/IT, and Litigation. Thanks to its solid network and prestigious reputation, the firm serves a well-established clientele, allowing for a dynamic and intellectually stimulating workflow.

Although the firm has a significant international presence, the Luxembourg office maintains a human-sized team, fostering a friendly work environment and smooth collaboration across departments. The team is young, dynamic, and eager to implement new technologies to streamline daily operations.

**Your Responsibilities**|** Corporate M&A - Law Firm - Legal - Associate**
- You will be responsible for managing client files related to **corporate M&A**aspects of their companies.
- You will **draft** and **review** legal documents such as agreements, resolutions, contracts, as well as restructuring, merger, and liquidation documents.
- ** Liaising** with third parties such as notaries, service providers, and others will be part of your responsibilities.
- Staying up to date with new regulations will be part of your daily tasks to ensure the highest quality of service for your clients.
- You will **maintain regular contact** with clients and build strong, lasting relationships with them.

**Profile and Career Path**|** Corporate M&A - Law Firm - Legal - Associate**
- You have at least **2 years of experience** within a law firm in Luxembourg, with a focus on Corporate and M&A matters.
- You are **fluent** in **English**, which is essential to communicate with international clients and colleagues. French and/or German will be considered a strong asset.
- You are registered (or about to be registered) on List I, II, or IV of the Luxembourg Bar.
- You are a **dynamic** and **motivated** professional, eager to learn and achieve your career objectives. Excellent communication skills and a sense of initiative will be key to your success in this role.
