**Corporate Lawyer - Flexible and Meritocratic Law Firm** We are currently assisting our partner, a renowned law firm in Luxembourg, in its search for a Corporate Lawyer. Join its human-sized team composed of around ten people and enter a work environment that enables relationship building and strong internal cohesion. This vacancy is ideally intended for Lawyers looking to have a more holistic view of their client’s business and a more comprehensive perspective on the cases at hand. This includes challenging deliverables, brought by a prestigious client list. The firm handles matters, mainly surrounding PE/RE, M&A or regulated structures. In this way, you will benefit from the two decades-long experience of the partners and deepen your capacities and expertise. Each talent is guided and supported within this structure. The executives who are dedicated to offering their support on challenging cases, value the efforts of their collaborators and reward their dedication towards the firm. The strategy implies establishing a long-term bond and lasting collaboration. **Your Responsibilities **|** Corporate - Lawyer - Financial - Law Firm - Jurist** - You will handle independently the litigation procedures and all other legal proceedings relating to your clients, this includes cases with focus on Corporate and Financing Law among other areas; - You follow up on your client’s requests, prepare legal documentation and initiate legal actions on behalf of your clients. - You maintain a close relationship with your clients and build relationship with potential new clients.
