**Your Responsibilities**|** Law - Regulatory - Corporate - M&A - Attorney - International**
- You will be involved in **drafting** and **reviewing** legal documents related to M&A and corporate transactions, such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and due diligence reports.
- You will assist senior lawyers in the **coordination** of cross-border deals, liaising with clients, international offices, and external advisors to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- You will be expected to conduct **legal research** and prepare internal notes or client-facing memos on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to the transactions.
- You will take part in **due diligence exercises**, including reviewing corporate documents and identifying legal risks in target companies.
- You will **follow up** on post-closing matters, such as corporate filings, preparation of closing binders, and liaising with notaries or local authorities when needed.

- You have at **least 5 months** of experience as a lawyer in Corporate/M&A, or you have completed several internships within law firms in Luxembourg, allowing you to feel confident and comfortable in this environment.
- You are fluent in both **French** and **English**, enabling you to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in a multicultural and international context.
- You demonstrate **strong motivation** and a proactive mindset. Becoming a trusted and reputable lawyer requires dedication and effort, and the firm is committed to supporting your development and giving back to you many times over.
- You have obtained the **CCDL** or are planning to register for it in the near future.
