**Your Responsibilities**|** Funds - UCITS - AIF - Advisory - Development**

- Advise asset managers and international clients on the structuring, launch and management of UCITS and AIFs.
- Draft, review and negotiate fund documentation, including prospectuses, offering memoranda and agreements with service providers.
- Provide regulatory guidance in line with CSSF requirements and European legislation.
- Contribute to business development by identifying opportunities and building lasting client relationships. Collaborate directly with partners on cross-border projects, gaining first-hand exposure to strategic matters.
- **Profile and Career Path**|** Funds - UCITS - AIF - Advisory - Development**

- Minimum 4 years of experience in investment funds law within a Luxembourg law firm.
- Strong expertise in both UCITS and AIF structures.
- Fluency in French and English; any additional language is considered an asset.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to develop markets and drive growth. Rigorous, solution-oriented and able to manage files independently.
