**BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST ACCOUNTING**

**Activités principales**:

- Être linterlocuteur privilégié des équipes métiers Finance pour leurs besoins comptables, actuariels ou de reportings financiers ;
- Évaluer les processus comptables existants et identifier les adaptations nécessaires et les opportunités damélioration, tout en prenant en considération les fonctionnalités offertes par SAP S/4Hana avec le support experts SAP ;
- Optimiser les processus comptables et créer une documentation détaillée des processus futurs ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques SAP pour mettre en œuvre les changements proposés ;
- Assurer la formation des utilisateurs finaux sur les nouveaux processus et systèmes ;
- Fournir un support continu pour garantir une transition fluide vers les nouvelles pratiques comptables dans cet environnement ;
- Accompagner la migration des données vers les nouveaux systèmes de gestion financière et comptable ;
- Contribuer à la stratégie de test fonctionnel et accompagner les équipes métiers dans les phases dUAT.

**Compétences requises**:

- Expérience probante en tant que Business Process Analyst ;
- Intérêt prononcé pour le secteur des assurances et de la finance ;
- Bonne maîtrise des processus de comptabilité générale ;
- La connaissance de lassurance non-vie, vie entreprise, vie internationale est un atout ;
- Parfaite maîtrise du français et de langlais. La maîtrise de lallemand sera considérée comme un atout ;
- Contact aisé et sachant construire et maintenir des relations professionnelles, avec un excellent esprit déquipe ;
- Méthodologie de travail rigoureuse, structurée, orientée résultats et esprit de synthèse ;
