Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand/identify business needs in the area of case management
- Record Business needs requirements during workshops with the business representatives
- Business model/process analysis, modelling and documentation
- Perform functional requirements analysis and develop detailed specifications, user stories and business cases.
- Extract insights from these data activities to inform business decisions
- Assist project team in creation of vision documents
- Participate in risk analysis activities
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
- Identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction
- Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups

**Requirements**:

- Master’s Degree or 5 years of higher education or equivalent in professional experience (2 years of professional experience will be considered as equivalent for 1 year of study)
- 8 or more years of professional experience as analyst, technical expert, solution architect
- Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes;
- Previous experience within an EU institutions or financial company, in software development projects translating complex business processes into case management and workflow solutions, preferably in law enforcement, judicial or financial areas;
- Previous experience as Analyst or Technical Expert in software development projects in Agile project teams
- Excellent knowledge of analysis, workflow and data modelling methods - BPMN, use case, user stories, detailed specifications
- Working experience in most of the following technologies:

- IBM FileNet, IBM Case manager, IBM Content Navigator
- IBM Business Process Modelling
- IBM Business Automation Workflow
- I2 Enterprise Insight Analysis
- Enterprise/Web Content Mgmt
- Familiarity with initiatives and interoperability concepts within European Digital Justice - eCodex, eDelivery, ECRIS TCN, data modelling;
- Hands-on knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)
- Proficiency in English
