Job purpose:_**
As Project Assistant, you are going to promote the work related to the construction of Bank of China (Europe) S.A. Shared Service Centre.
**_ Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:_**
- Collect and study the EU’s new regulations on “Third-country branches” and other regulations related to the institutional layout, and follow up on the progress of these regulations.
- Organize and promote the work related to integrated development and intensive operation in the process of regional management.
- Organize, coordinate, research and resolve issues related to cross-organization, cross-department, and cross-business lines.
- Promote the work related to the layout management of institutions in the Region, cooperate with Head Office to formulate network layout plans and annual institution establishment plans; carry out feasibility studies on the establishment of new institutions in the EU (if any).

Profile (Technical Skills):_**
- Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated, strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the EU region.
- Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.
- Familiar with the applicable laws and regulations as well as the Bank’s policies and regulations.

**Education**:
- At least master degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Mathematics, Law or Business Related Studies

- 0 - 2 years of experience in the financial industry in Europe

- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential; other European languages will be an advantage
