Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting an L&D Operational Assistant to support one of its institutional clients. The role focuses on providing operational and administrative support for the organisation, coordination, and roll-out of strategic Learning & Development programmes.
Job Description:
Support the set-up and delivery of blended learning and talent development programmes (in-person and virtual).
Manage and update training data in the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors) including enrolments, cancellations, waiting lists, attendance, documentation, and room scheduling.
Coordinate various programme components such as networking events, peer learning groups, and cohort activities.
Organise and coordinate logistics for external trainers and consultants (invitations, access, calendars, travel, hotels, and training rooms).
Contribute to the implementation of project plans and assist in improving processes and working tools throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with officers and assistants across multiple L&D teams and act as a back-up when needed.
Candidate Profile:
Secondary diploma complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant field (business administration, learning, etc.) or equivalent professional experience.
At least 5 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or project support role, ideally within Learning & Development or similar environments.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple topics and follow structured guidelines.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written). French is an advantage.
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Previous experience with SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Oracle or similar databases is a significant asset.
Proactive, collaborative, and able to adapt in a dynamic project-driven environment.
