**Intern - Assistant Project Manager**

**Your role**:

- To support the Business Manager on IT projects. Her/his main tasks will be:

- To assist in the choice and launch of a CRM for the company
- To feed the company’s Sharepoint to improve internal communication & collaboration
- To manage licenses for all systems in the company
- Prepare and participate in workshops
- Draft summaries, requirements, user stories, user manuels,
- Set up and test systems
- Coordinate between users & editors
- You will have access to all collaborators of the company, incl. Management for whom those projects are key

The key experience the intern can leverage is the participation in the development of a scale-up, setting up work processes and IT systems necessary to support the growth of the company.

They will also gain experience on all phases of an IT project.

**Qualifications**
- Project management skills
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proactive, likes to work autonomously
- Profile: Business School or Engineering with Project Management or IT emphasis
- English is the company’s working language, French strongly appreciated
- Starting date asap for 6 months minimum. The internship/apprenticeship position is based in Luxembourg._
Permanent contract after the internship is a possibility.
