Manpower is recruiting an Assistant / Project & Data Management to join one of its clients, a prestigious European institution based in Luxembourg.

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and workshops across different project teams.
  • Maintain project calendars, monitor deadlines, and follow up on pending actions.
  • Support the monitoring of activities, timelines, and milestones for over 30 active projects.
  • Gather input from stakeholders and keep records updated in SharePoint or other collaboration tools.
  • Draft and maintain governance documents, meeting notes, and status reports.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for steering committees and audits.
  • Track submission of deliverables and ensure compliance with internal procedures and timelines.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to officers and the Head of Unit.
  • Manage filing systems, version control, and document archives.
Profile and Qualifications
  • Completed secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, or support role (internships included).
  • Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or willingness to learn.
  • Experience in project management or data management is considered an asset.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; knowledge of other EU languages is an advantage.
