Our client, an independent PSF governance firm in the financial sector, provides governance services for other companies. Based in the heart of the city, our client seeks to strengthen its team of thirty people in a people-oriented, highly entrepreneurial environment.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC - Responsibilities include**:
- Assisting clients in meeting their daily compliance obligations, answering their questions, and guiding them through regulations.
- Supervising the work of compliance assistants to ensure efficient task execution.
- Maintaining and developing the company's compliance policies and procedures.
- Drafting compliance-related reports and conducting client risk assessments.
- Providing support in due diligence processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- A degree in business law, business administration, finance, or economics.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience in financial compliance in Luxembourg.
- Knowledge of the fund sector, including both traditional and alternative funds.
- Excellent command of English, with knowledge of German, French, or other European languages considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
