Compliance Officer Needed for Leading Psf in

We are currently seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to join an esteemed PSF located in the Gare district of Luxembourg. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in ensuring the firm's adherence to regulatory standards within the financial services sector. Join our dedicated team and contribute to maintaining our commitment to excellence and compliance.
**Compliance Officer - The role will involve**:
- Ensuring the company's regulatory compliance by overseeing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
- Working closely with the Conducting Officer to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations.
- Performing regular compliance checks, including AML (anti-money laundering) verification and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure monitoring.
- Managing due diligence processes for new investments and business partnerships, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Participating in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for company personnel.
- Be fluent in French and English, with knowledge of any additional languages considered an advantage.
- Have previous professional experience in the funds or PSF field, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in Luxembourg.
- Have approval from the CSSF or equivalent qualification in compliance.
- Possess analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
