**AML Compliance Officer (RC) - Aufgaben des AML Compliance Officers**:

- Verwaltung und Überwachung der AML/CFT-Compliance für ein vielfältiges Kundenportfolio, Sicherstellung der Einhaltung lokaler und internationaler Vorschriften.
- Entwicklung und Aktualisierung von AML/CFT-Richtlinien und -verfahren, die auf die spezifischen Bedürfnisse jedes Kunden zugeschnitten sind.
- Strategische Beratung der Kunden in Risikomanagementfragen und Optimierung ihrer Compliance-Systeme.
- Durchführung von Compliance-Audits, Identifizierung von Lücken, Vorschlagen von Lösungen und Schulung zu regulatorischen Entwicklungen.
- Überwachung der Transaktionsüberwachung zur Erkennung verdächtiger Aktivitäten und Sicherstellung der ordnungsgemäßen Einreichung von Compliance-Berichten (SAR).
- Vertretung der Kunden gegenüber den Aufsichtsbehörden (CSSF, CRF) und während der Audits.
- Beobachtung regulatorischer Entwicklungen und Beratung der Kunden zur Anpassung ihrer Compliance.

**AML Compliance Officer (RC) - Gesuchtes Profil**:

- Bedeutende Erfahrung im Management von AML/CFT-Compliance in Luxemburg, idealerweise in vergleichbaren Umfeldern (Big 4, Vermögensverwalter).
- Sprachen: Fließendes Englisch erforderlich, Deutsch von Vorteil.
- Fähigkeiten: Fähigkeit, Strategien schnell anzupassen, Eigeninitiative und Interesse an kreativen, maßgeschneiderten Lösungen.
- Ausbildung: Nachweisliche Expertise in der regulatorischen Compliance, insbesondere in den Finanzsektoren, der Vermögensverwaltung und bei Investmentfonds.
- Selbstständigkeit: Fähigkeit, mehrere Kundenkonten unabhängig zu verwalten.
