Our client, an independent company specializing in governance for the financial sector, provides management and compliance services to external companies. Located in the heart of the city, this firm is looking to expand its team of 30 employees within a professional yet entrepreneurial and human-centered environment.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC - Responsibilities**:
- Support clients in meeting their daily regulatory obligations by offering advice and guiding them through various regulations.
- Assist in due diligence processes to ensure full compliance with legal requirements.
- Supervise the compliance assistants' team to ensure efficient management of tasks within the department.
- Draft compliance reports and perform risk assessments for clients.
- Maintain and develop internal compliance-related policies and procedures.
**Senior Compliance Officer/RC - Desired Profile**:
- Degree in business law, business administration, finance, or economics.
- Knowledge of the fund industry, both traditional and alternative.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other European languages such as French or German is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial compliance, preferably in Luxembourg.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
