Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients un(e) ServiceNow Solution Architect

Le ServiceNow Solution Architect sera le conseiller technique qui guidera notre client dans son parcours de transformation digitale avec ServiceNow. Il sera responsable de la conception globale et de la cartographie des besoins en matière de gestion de services dans l’outil de ticketing.

**Missions**:

- Responsable de l'architecture globale, de la conception, de la mise en œuvre et de l'intégrité de la plateforme ServiceNow et de ses engagements vis-à-vis du métier tout en garantissant le respect des processus,
- Travailler avec le métier pour évaluer ses besoins et définir les processus, identifier les meilleures options de solution à implémenter dans la plateforme ServiceNow, définir les exigences de la solution, déterminer et définir les exigences d'intégration si nécessaire (évaluer la complexité de mise en œuvre et la maintenance dans le temps),
- Développer l'architecture globale, les spécifications (cahiers des charges) et les plans de mise en œuvre, tout en soutenant les clients du développement ; de la stratégie à l'exécution,
- Proposer des suggestions d'optimisation pour suivre l'évolution des nouvelles fonctionnalités proposées par ServiceNow et respecter les best bonnes pratiques courantes,
- Proposer des solutions innovantes afin d'atteindre une meilleure satisfaction des utilisateurs,
- Assurer la coordination des différents projets pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de la plateforme,
- Assurer la formation continue et coaching des équipes internes pour assurer la maintenance et le support suivant les évolutions de la plateforme.

**Détails du profil**:

- Au moins 10 ans d’expérience en ITSM dont 5 ans d’expérience en consultance ServiceNow
- Maîtrise des Employee Center, Service Operation Workspace, Asset Management, CMDB, Platforms analytics, Workplace, Security incident
- Expérience dans l'intégration de ServiceNow avec d'autres plateformes
- Maîtrise des automatisations (Active Directory, Ansible, Cisco DNA, VCenter, Microsoft Azure Automation)
- Expérience sur le clouds public et son intégration avec ServiceNow
- Bonne communication
- ANG/FR
