Our client, a well-established investment management company founded in 1988, is headquartered in Germany and manages over €60 billion in assets. Since 2015, they have expanded operations in Luxembourg, where they are experiencing significant growth. As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced Senior Compliance RC (Fund) to join their team.
The company operates with a strong German-speaking culture while embracing diversity within its workforce. Their modern office is located in Grevenmacher, Luxembourg, designed to foster collaboration and productivity. The firm focuses on managing both proprietary and third-party funds, with investments spanning sectors such as infrastructure, real estate, renewable energy, and microfinance.
**Senior Compliance RC (Fund) - Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as Responsible Compliance (RC) officer for 10 to 15 funds, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting obligations.
- Oversee and enhance the compliance framework to align with local and international standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders to maintain and improve compliance processes.
- Ensure smooth regulatory reporting, audits, and adherence to AML/KYC requirements.
- Replace the retiring Chief Compliance Officer, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining the highest compliance standards.
**Senior Compliance RC (Fund) - Profile Sought**:
- Proven experience in a compliance role **in Luxembourg** within the financial or investment management sector, specifically with funds.
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory requirements, AML/KYC regulations, and fund compliance processes.
- Fluent in English and German (both mandatory).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
**Senior Compliance RC (Fund) - Package and Benefits**:
- Salary depending on the profil and the experience: 80 000€ - 130 000€ (bonus included).
