**Senior Corporate Officer - No Micromanagement, Small PFS**
Our client is a well renowned PFS based in the heart of Luxembourg, that has built a great name for itself on the market. Indeed, thanks to its 15 devoted employees, the clients are able to count on an A to Z service in terms of accounting, tax, legal services, domiciliation and more.

As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will join a team of 5 people who all have different levels of experience and that are lead by experienced managers with a very strong professional background. You will **not be micromanaged** but, instead, benefit from a good autonomy in your role and have your managers available should you have questions.
The clients that this fiduciary handles are quite diversified (Soparfi, Holdings, SPV) which means that you will develop a wide skill set and have the chance to learn new things on a daily basis.

- You handle the daily corporate life of your clients from the **incorporation to the liquidation**.
- You are in charge of preparing board meetings and shareholder meetings, as well as drafting minutes.
- You are also responsible for publishing the annual accounts as well as other corporate modifications such as change of seat, company name, articles of association and so on.
- You are in regular communication with your clients and are the key point of contact in case they have any questions or concerns. Depending on your experience, you will review the work handled by junior corporate officers and report to your manager.

- **For at least the past 4 years**, you have worked as a corporate officer in a financial service provider (fiduciary, PFS, Big Four) based in Luxembourg.
- You are fluent in English and are happy to join an English speaking environment. Knowledge of French and/or German will be considered a very strong advantage.
- You have ideally had the opportunity to handle your portfolio from the introduction to the liquidation. You are eager to continue to grow in your role and responsibilities, and are interested in evolving to a managerial function in time.
