We are currently looking for a **Senior Corporate Officer** to join one of our clients in a **dynamic and meritocratic** working environment.

Senior Corporate Officer : The Function:

- Daily governance of corporate department
- Assist with all aspects of the governance matters, including boards, agendas, resolutions
- Work with the different internal operational teams
- Support the handling of corporate documentation and requests
- Support the review and analysis of different documents
- In general, assist in maintaining a sound corporate administration
- Follow-up on client requests

Senior Corporate Officer : The Profile They Are Looking For:

- You have a degree in law
- You have at least **3 years** of previous experience in a similar field
- You are fluent in **English and French**. Knowledge of **Italian** is considered a major asset
- You are a proactive and versatile person
- You adapt easily to all situations, you are autonomous and you like to take initiatives

Senior Corporate Officer : Their Offer:

- A very attractive salary package of up **to €70,000** gross per annum, depending on your experience, and you will be eligible for other salary benefits such as DKV insurance and a discretionary bonus
