**Trustconsult Group **is an independent corporate services company, with an important focus on international corporate structuring and a presence in Luxembourg, Brussels, Geneva, Monaco, Dubaï and Hong Kong. For our Luxembourg office, we are currently looking for:
SENIOR CORPORATE OFFICER (M/F)
**Your main role**:
- Client key contact person for corporate (legal and administrative) matters.
- Participation in the day to day management of Soparfis and others foreign companies (drafting of all kind of corporate legal documents such as BOD, AGM, increase of share capital, etc ).
- Coordination and management of the work with the different services providers and clients or client representatives.
- Ensure the preparation and the review of compliance files
**Your profile**:
- **3 to 5 years of experience in a similar job, ideally in a fiduciary company in Luxembourg.
- Legal background and knowledge in Tax matters and/or Corporate structuring would be an asset.
- Good command of French and English, russian or any extra language being a plus.
