Senior Corporate Officer – Human-Sized ManCo, Multicultural Team

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Governance – Legal – In-House – Fund Administration

• Manage the daily life cycle of SPVs and investment funds, from incorporation to liquidation.
• Draft and review board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and other corporate documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Oversee KYC and compliance follow-up in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with banks, notaries, auditors, and external advisors, ensuring smooth operations.
  Handle certain administrative and coordination tasks inherent to a small and agile structure, contributing to efficient workflow.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Governance – Legal – In-House – Fund Administration

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a PSF, investment company, or AIFM in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English, which allows you to navigate easily between international and local stakeholders. French is a plus.
• You have hands-on experience with funds in Private Equity, Real Estate, or other investment vehicles (SPVs, Holdings).
• You are structured, adaptable, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a precise and reliable manner.
  You appreciate working in a small team where versatility and collaboration are part of everyday life.

• A salary of up to €85,000 gross per year, reflecting your experience and contribution.
• A discretionary annual bonus, recognizing both performance and your involvement within the ManCo.
