Your responsibilities will be:_**
- Assists Manager with NOSTRO account management and other dealings with clearing house and other banks.
- Accounts monitoring on every business day.
- Agent service for Corporate Loan, Syndicated Loan.
- Cash clearing Operation for our bank’s financial institution customers.
- Financial Market Transaction Settlement Operation, Including FX, Loan and Deposit, Bond, CD/CP, IRS, Option, etc.
- Finishing reports related to the daily works and send to Head Office monthly or quarterly.
- Inward and Outward Remittance Operation.
- Maintenance and safe keep of records, files and vouchers of the whole department.
- Performs other office multiple affairs as may be assigned by the clearing supervisor/unit manager.
- Settlement operation in Corporate Loan, Syndicated Loan and Personal Loan.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Banking or IT Related Studies. IT background and related work experience will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in operation, loan settlement would be considered in priority.
- In-depth knowledge of office software (Word/Excel/ PowerPoint).
- Strong inter-personal skills, good analytical skills to analyze, interpret, resolve and change.
- Database management and analyses, good at Access or Python.
- Fluency in English and Chinese are essential; other languages will be an advantage.
