**ABOUT THE JOB**

**ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE?**

We want you to be a part of our team, from **Luxembourg**, as a** Testing Specialist.**

**WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?**
- Use project management tools.
- Advise responsible statutory staff and/or the Project Manager/Project Owner about test results via standard reporting.
- Set up and develop test techniques.
- Create automated test suites.
- Assess and propose improvements to testing processes, methodologies, and tools.
- Lead and coordinate the testing of products delivered by other teams.
- Maintain quality plans; provide regular and accurate updates and reports.
- Advise when deviations from tolerances are detected.
- Proactively identify issues or risks.
- Prepare automated testing scenarios where possible.

**WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?**
- Strong technical knowledge in software testing.
- Skilled in test design techniques and testing tools.
- Familiar with at least one testing methodology.
- ISTQB certification (or equivalent certification or experience) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of IT/service management and project management best practices (e.g. Agile, DevSecOps, PRINCE2, PMI, PM², RUP, PMM4EP, ENGAGE, ITIL, or equivalents).
- Practical experience with EP Testing tools, including: OpenText ALM, Octane, Jira/ServiceNow, SoaPUI, Jenkins, Selenium, Confluence, xWiki.
- Languages and technologies: VBScript, XML, Python, Java, REST APIs (assets).
- Deep capacity for test analysis.
- Good understanding of the European Parliament (EP) structure.
- Experience with mobile devices and OS compatibility testing.
- Familiarity with change control procedures for tests, including test case revision.
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1 level) and French (B1 to B2)
