Responsabilités:

- Traiter, organiser, valider et assurer le suivi de toutes les activités administratives des ventes
- Communiquer avec le client par téléphone ou par écrit
- Effectuer le suivi administratif : offre, confirmation de commandes, informations,
- Traiter les demandes de renseignements et les demandes spéciales du client
- Saisir les commandes et en assurer le suivi
- Coordonner l’exécution des commandes (logistique, production, finances, ventes,)
- Construire des « relations clients » au téléphone et dans la correspondance écrite afin de se distinguer positivement des entreprises concurrentes
- Fournir le soutien à l’équipe des ventes et du marketing pour effectuer leur travail avec compétence et obtenir des résultats optimaux
- Informer sur la saisie des commandes ainsi qu’un résumé général des activités commerciales
- Réaliser des demandes spécifiques à la demande de l’équipe Marketing
- Assumer l’entière responsabilité des ventes pour certains comptes convenus

Profils:

- Français et anglais courant (une autre langue latine est un plus)
- Sensibilité commerciale et appétence technique
- Bonnes compétences en Excel, base de données
- Aime le travail en équipe mais est aussi autonome
- Peut être amené à voyager de temps en temps
- Organisé - bonne communication - réactif - motivé
