About BKS

BKS Technology specializes in the grinding and manufacturing of industrial knives for the petrochemical and plastics industries.

Founded in 1983, BKS has grown into a global player with subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Indonesia, and Thailand, serving customers across multiple continents.

To strengthen our team, we're looking for a Technical Sales Representative to manage and develop our customer base in the Netherlands.

Your Role

As Technical Sales Representative, you are the key contact for our Dutch & Belgian customers.

You'll maintain strong relationships, identify new opportunities, and ensure that BKS continues to deliver top-quality solutions and service.

Your daily activities include:

  • Managing and expanding your customer portfolio
  • Prospecting and developing new customers in your region
  • Visiting customers and prospects across the Netherlands & Belgium
  • Preparing offers, calculating margins, and negotiating prices
  • Following up on projects from quotation to delivery
  • Keeping the CRM system accurate and up to date
  • Preparing and monitoring your annual sales budget

In short: you're a proactive commercial partner who combines technical understanding, business acumen, and customer focus to drive growth.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a commercial B2B role
  • Proven track record in new business development
  • A natural hunter mindset – this role is approximately 70% hunting / 30% farming
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Self-driven and well-organized, yet a strong team player
  • Comfortable with customer visits and independent work
  • A genuine interest in technical products and industrial applications

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of French or German
  • Experience in the industrial, plastics, or petrochemical sector
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: €3, €5,000.00 per month
