We are currently looking for a:
**Head of CIO Office**
**Based in Hamm**
**Your Role**:
You will be heading the CIO Office for our Group CIO and OneIT department. At the core of Arendt strategy « OneArendt », the IT department will lead the technology practice and transformation to transform our current « one stop shop with business law license » to a « technology company with law license ».
**In this context, **your main responsibilities will be to:
- Ensure smooth operations within the IT Department;
- Act as the deputy of the CIO when required, representing the IT Department in front of different stakeholders;
- Ensure the Department transformation and assist in implementing the cloud and AI roadmap;
- Be the point of contact for ESG, oversight/compliance and internal communication matters;
- Lead the CIO office (2 Architects, 1 Service Level Manager, 1 Incident Manager);
- Assist the CIO in various tasks as needed.
**Your Profile**:
- You have at least 10 years of relevant professional experience with knowledge of various activities within IT field focused on workplace, environment and IT tooling for end-users;
- You are recognized as a senior leader profile with an ability to be C-level facing, with a track record of team leading and project / services delivery;
- You are result-driven and used to work with ambitious but reachable targets;
- You are fluent in French and English.
