**HEAD OF HRIS**

**Scope of the role**
- The Head of HRIS plays a critical role in driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the Human Resources Information Systems function.
- He/she will be responsible of a Team (approximately 30 people) overseeing the demand, implementation and optimization of the HRIS platform
- He/she will work in strong collaboration and partnership with the IT HR platform leader, ensuring alignment on budget allocation, system architecture, integration, data quality, and user support

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Strategic Leadership
- SAP SuccessFactors Administration
- Project Management
- Change Management and Training
- Data Analytics and Reporting
- Payroll Process Implementation and Harmonization

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a senior HRIS leadership role acquired in Multinational, structured environment
- Strong managerial experience with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing HRIS team
- Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex HRIS implementation projects
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Hire to Retire process
- Relevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors are a plus
- Proficiency in English
